I bought a Barber jacket in October. By the end of December a pocket lining had become completely detached. I returned in at the end of January. They offered 1) to repair or 2) to return it Barber. The staff were 5* helpful. After a little nudge they kept me informed of what was happening, and last week I collected a new jacket. Thank you to everyone involved...

Bought two t shirts found one had a hole in when got home. Returned next morning only to feel accused of making the hole myself! At this point was really annoyed and wanted to return both tees… they would only refund the one. Had to accept a cash refund instead of card. Having hastily put cash in my pocket due to being annoyed by staffs attitude I’ve lost the cash :-( spent over £500 in this shop and enjoyed wondering around in my dinner breaks sadly will not be returning due to poor customer relations

They don’t do refund, only do voucher and they don’t say it at the point of sale. Their sales tactics are a shame. They had some Jack & Jones jackets for 35£ each few weeks ago, now the price tag says “ was £50 , now £35 “, where as those jackets used to be £35 from the beginning

Anthony and Kim helped with our suit fittings. We enquired a couple of months back and they remembered us straight away. Brilliant service, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Avoid! Mother returned a polo shirt that had a hole in it where they put the security tag. She had receipt and transaction on her bank but the male member of staff accused mother of forcing the tag off herself. More like the staff there tore a hole in the shirt when they removed the tag.
