Bought a dress Saturday took it back Sunday without receipt didn't expect a refund but thought a credit note would be offered. No refund no credit note, I was in a hurry not the staffs fault

Lovely to be able to buy a range of styles for any occasion all under one roof especially in a restricted financial climate. Clean designs, good fabrics, easy to wear. Friendly staff and pleasant environment. I love to browse the sales but also to see whats new... one or two special pieces are able to transform an entire wardrobe... love this brand and venue...

The shop was typical of this chains set up in the shop. Some very good bargains to be seen when I went into the shop. I saw a beautiful dress for £12. It will look much more expensive when worn.
