They seem to have nicer clothes online than they do instore. It's a nice shop staff are friendly but I never find anything nice in store better online.

Update .... on 8th april after a few complaints i was told the emails would stop . I now get lots of promotional emails and no matter how many times i click on unsubscribe they still keep comming . Thought the clothes would have been better quality for the amount charged as the tshirt went baggy after 3 washes and they could do with a modern range. Some of the clothes are a little out dated . I wish i had never given them my email address . I blocked them as emails all the time but now they just keep going into my spam folder and i mean its relentless . I rang them to take my email off system , she said she couldn't it had to be done at HR so im going to go into the shop and wont leave till my email is taken off their system as HR DID NOT put it on the system it was them at Crystal Peaks .I shouldnt have to chase this up .tIs so annoying . Basically I wish I never popped in .

Staff are very helpful and friendly , loads of products to choose from and different colours. Great price

Great plus size store. Assistant's always friendly. And helpful. Changing facilities. Wide range of products. Bit squashed together for wheelchair users you have to fight your way thru store we actually knocked a rail over.

I have bought some lovely clothes in here but I'm extremely disappointed by their leggings!! I bought 2 pairs in March for £18, 2mths later both pairs are in the bin!! 1 pair lasted 1 month, the 2nd pair lasted til the beginning of June. The quality of them is poor. Apparently they were a size 18 but looked more like a size 10, far too long in the leg (I'm tall at 5ft 9"), extremely tight fitting and uncomfortable. Attached picture shows 2nd pair giving up and all I did was bend to pick something up off the floor. I will not be buying leggings from here in the future, I will stick to Primark for those in future.
