Been to this shop my card didn't work but I didn't know the rude man that works behind the counter chase me I kindly walked back and passed the stuff back and explained that I didn't know and I checked the blance on the card which still had the money on I offered to put my card back in to pay for the items , the shop floor manage had a horrible attitude with me so I walked out and left the stuff, I when back to pass another pop that was in my pocket and he starts with his attitude again and I said I came back to bring you that pop back which I didn't have too but I did, he tells me to get out shop and not to come back, 1st of all he should have checked before I left the shop 2nd we walk back and try to explain 3rd we went back again to hand over another pop 4th his attitude is disgusting toward customers that was honest and didn't know it declined. Now he's told us not to ever go back for been honest . Never will I ever spend my money in that again I always go in this shop never again

The staff at the checkout counter were extremely rude and uncooperative. I had been waiting in line to check out when one of the staff members pushed me aside, without any regard for my presence. After waiting for another 7 minutes, the same staff member finally attended to me, but not without scolding me for not being able to understand the message clearly as he seemed a bit unfamiliar with the languag. The entire experience was quite unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected.

Excellent shop, its not a normal shop, people called as magic shop…staffs are good and friendly, should everyone must visit the shop. They sell all the DIY stuffs including hardware things for a reasonable price. #management is friendly and supportive

Staff (under new management) kicks me out for taking too long browsing items I wanted to buy as this new management have stupidly high card minimum. Spend my money down the road at the end.

Absolutly shocking attitude from staff member...been buying from this shop for 20 years before it has been taken over...I picked a diy item up and the bag was open so it slid out and hit the floor...the staff member told me I had to buy it as he couldnt sell it and when I refused as it had not been packaged safely he then told me to get out and not ever go back...I've spent thousands in this shop over the years and that's how these people treat you....appauling and over priced
