OneBeyond

Listed in wrong place and I was unaware so as it was my first time here I drove around the outer fringe of Crystal Peaks and hoped to get a disabled car space somewhere. I managed to park in the blue zone and once inside the building I turned on my tracking map and saw that OneBelow was in the red zone .I followed the map and my phone location to find the store .I found it ok and arranged to move the location on the map . OneBelow is located in the red zone and is fairly close to the exit to the red car park . Even if you can’t get parked in the area of choice it’s not far . The main centre doors are all automatically opened and the walkway very wide . On approach to OneBelow I noticed that on the right hand side the access to the shop was by a roller shutter door giving a great open space to get into . Once inside it narrrows down dramatically and you just need to follow the aisles around .YES everything in the store is £1 or less . No exceptions. I found it easy to get around and managed to dodge the sales bins without a problem . Some of the higher shelves a wheelchairs person would require help . At the end of the far aisle there are two tills and a separate exit leading back into the shopping concourse . Certainly value for money 💰 in this shop .

Appcoltey amazing staff are brilliant very funny people and kind have most of the stuff you need if poundland or over shops dont or if its dear in there go to one below they short you I really recommend 😀 ! (Dislexia)

My go to shop any day and any time for getting house hold items. Very affordable and a good money saver.

Great store!

Everything you would expect in the shop regarding stock and layout however, customer services are absolutely non existent! On a recent visit my husband picked up a bottle off a shelf to read instructions. The bottom of the bottle touched his blue shirt and left a bleached pink stain. We complained to the girl on the till who gave us a number to ring 'Louise' at customer services who would deal with our complaint. Ha ha! The number rings, says they are busy and will get back to you but of course, it never happens! Either they are waiting for you to get tired of wasting your time phoning Or they have so many complaints they can't get through them all! Which is it Louise???
