Excellent service from Purdys again! I enquired whether some of my kitchen doors could be replaced (originally fitted in 2018) due to a problem with them not expecting them able to help due to It being 6 years ago. I provided details and they replied and said they had ordered them and two days later I picked them up. They were fantastic when I was ordering my kitchen and when it was fitted. Nothing was too much trouble. Alex was so helpful all the way through the process. If I needed another kitchen I’d be there in a heartbeat. Excellent family company can’t praise them enough.😊

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service; to actually be told that they don't know if they can be bothered to get the item I'm trying to buy out! My family have shipped with this small, local business for generations, never been so let down! We came to you because we wanted to support a local business rather than just give our money to B&Q, but you literally told us we'd be better going elsewhere since it would be too much hassle for you! Obviously not the company you used to be.

Poor quality kitchen, all measurements and design incorrect by Purdys, recommended a kitchen fitter they'd used for over a decade who made such a mess of the kitchen I'm having to have it all removed and refitted by someone else. Contacted Purdy's as some parts are still missing or need replacing (happy to pay for replacements) due to bad fitting/measuring and no response despite numerous emails and messages left for a call back I wanted to support a local business instead of a large company. Wish I hadn't bothered and should have just gone to B&Q as the kitchen, price and service would've been 100% better AVOID

Would give 5 star plus if I could. Just had our kitchen completed & the design in which they listened to what we wanted which was included into the design. The quality of the products installed are second to none & we now have a beautiful open kitchen space.
