Love this shop, never had a bad experience before today. Staff usually very friendly and helpful. It’s a great shop. However I went in Sunday morning around 8.30am for a loaf of bread and some bread cakes. What an ignorant member of staff behind the till and a 2nd 1 stood talking to her that was just as ignorant. I said just these thank you, no response. She never acknowledged or spoke to me during the whole transaction, she just turned to finish her conversation with the other female staff member. Never said how much my purchase was so I tapped my card. Said thank you and left. I can honestly say this is the first time in my 73 years that I have ever purchased anything from any shop without a word being spoken to me. Sorry Dells not good enough.

Love this shop ! It sells a crazy amount of useful stuff , went in on the off chance they had gardening gloves thinking it was unlikely - they have 9 different types to choose from 🤣 so much better than average supermarkets. Great range of DIY bits and household cleaning items, cards , and just useful bits you need. Lots of 'cupboard'/ pantry food items , a few fresh basics like bread milk and eggs but not much fresh veg etc. great shop.

Apparently have to spend over £2 to use card, despite being in multiple times and it being fine before. Girl on the till was rude about it when I challenged it saying 'well you dont have to buy it,' poor customer service on this occasion so ill avoid in future
