Bargain Booze Select Convenience

Used this store as a DHL service point. They didn't hand my parcel to the courier and they had misplaced my parcel, which was legal documentation for a solicitor and needed to be sent within a certain time frame. Do not use any sort of parcel services at this store!

Do not use this store as your online order collection point! Unorganised with the parcels received, asking you to find your own parcel. Their barcode scanner was not working to confirm the collection, so the cashier asked to stop by again some time later. So what happens if your scanner is never working? Will I not ever get my parcel at all??? Also, the cashier was rude asking me to wait while he kept serving other customers in queue without giving a response. I insisted that they took a picture of my collection code and the parcel barcode, so they can scan it at their own leisure when the system is working again. First and last time to use their collection service.

Absolutely ludicrous, went in the morning with a cash voucher code on my phone the lady didn’t know what I was talking about, then said she didn’t have enough money in the till fair enough. Went back later, the shop man also didn’t know what I was taking about and made a phone call to someone and so speaking a different language no idea what was said, another shop man asked to look at the barcode of which I had a picture of as I couldn’t connect to the internet. He then said as its not the original he couldn’t do anything, when Ive been before with pictures of delivery and collection barcodes they’ve accepted it! They had no clue about the voucher thing and as they do paypoint they should be providing this service to customers or remove the paypoint from their shop, they really need some training on this, they are misadvising customers. Went somewhere else and they had no issues with this being a picture and gave the cash with no hassle

Just be in the man behind till was rude! The sign tell you to wait outside was on the automatic door so couldn't see it as I went in .this could have been place either side of the door instead so you could see it . They are also turning prices round on products on the shelf and trying to charge over the top .

Wide variety of products, helpful friendly staff. Prices not bad.
