Very good experience here last night. My first visit following a recommendation. Excellent food ! I had seared calves liver in red wine and red onion gravy, mash and roasted carrots and leeks ! Wow ! There was enough liver for 3 of me - I had to leave some. Good nights sleep ! Very quiet up the top yard. Great shower this morning ! Modern cubicles with electric showers and plenty changing room. No faffing around with token slots or cards either! Also wash basins with hot water for a good shave. Only fault I can pick - my company won't pay the extra for a food voucher - let me pay the extra then ! Excellent facilities and I will see you again.

Got to be the cleanest smartest truck stop I’ve been too in years first time using it and will make sure I use again the food was out of this world such a good portion and reasonable price the girls working were lovely and chef can cook deserves 6 stars… showers also was immaculate and the on the on site secruity was a top bloke also honnestly can’t recommend enough

Called to reverse a space using snap when I stayed here the other night, security guard was super helpful on the phone and recognised me when I pulled in, food was out of this world to say it’s from a truck stop, I had the chicken burger which was breaded fresh to order, the prices aren’t the cheapest I’ll be honest but it ain’t one of these truck stops where you pay about 300 quid for a burger and it’s a frozen, gristle filled nightmare. I didn’t mind what so ever paying the prices as the food was more than worth it but just make sure you’ve room for it 🤣 the plates are huge. All staff I encountered were polite and helpful. Showers and toilets clean, cafe clean and lounge area also super clean, all in all.. it was clean 🤣 1000000% will be staying here again

Always a favourite place to stay in the truck. Friendly staff, great facilities. And the food from the Hideaway is unreal!
