I visit here every Monday for a local mens community sports group. It’s old school, literally, and we use only the sports hall which is perfect. Staff are friendly, it’s clean and the showers are hot :)

Friendly gym that does the job. Certain bits of kit missing like a good bench press and squat rack but a nice wide range of resistance machines make up for it. Definate lack of posers mean it's a nice place to work out even for beginners and experienced users alike.

Staff service was very good and accommodating..a great local community sports centre and reasonably priced with regards to the hiring of the sports hall.
