The George Hotel

Description

We would like to welcome friends both old and new to the website of the George Hotel at Wormald Green near Harrogate in Yorkshire. We re-opened The George in May 2006 after completing a full refurbishment of the property. Our aim was to establish a food and drink-centred pub/restaurant with excellent accommodation. We hope that you enjoy what we have created.

Accommodation

We currently have 5 rooms, all doubles with private en-suite shower rooms and in-room TV, as well tea and coffee-making facilities. All offered at competitive rates and including a delicious full English breakfast.

Restaurant / Bar

Refurbished to the highest standard, the bar and restaurant are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a drink or to choose from the excellent menu we offer with a constantly changing variety of chef’s specials. There are large and small rooms and even an area where up to 10 people can eat and enjoy their own company. We take special care to offer the widest choice of dishes including vegetarian options.
