I wish we lived closer because this place is a gem! The £15 monthly membership is perfect for parents like me, especially with a toddler who needs to burn off some energy during the winter months. I love the laid-back café vibe—it was so nice to know my son could have his own snacks while I grabbed something for myself. The team was fantastic, greeting us warmly and making sure we enjoyed our time. I'll definitely be spreading the word!

Very nice place for children to play. I just want to say, the climbing instructor there was absolutely FANTASTIC. Very caring man with time and patience. My daughter had never done it before and he was extremely understanding and positive towards her, enabling her the confidence to do it and encouraging very well. Thank you very much!

We took our daughter and 9 of her friends to celebrate her 8th birthday at the York branch. Arrival and sign in was smooth, and the kids loved the play area. The parents also enjoyed the designated area for them to gather and keep an eye on the kids along with the jugs of squash for the children. The party room was clean and well set out, the led lights saying happy birthday Leah was a nice touch. Our host (Gemma) then asked us if we wanted to 'do the cake and sing happy birthday' before the food came out. We declined this and said we would wait till the kids had eaten as we wanted to add a slice of the cake to the party bags. Having celebrated our daughters birthday at Oxygen previously, we were aware that you can hook up your music to the bluetooth in the room, we were not offered the option this year. The food then came out, the pizza's weren't cut and we were provided with a blunt pizza cutter and left to give the kids their food. Once the pizza and ice cream was eaten, we asked for a plate and a knife to cut the cake. We were provided with a blunt cake slice and no plate. We then asked if the lights could be turned off / dimmed. Gemma couldn't do this, so Gemma asked colleagues and we were told it wasn't possible to do anything with the lights. We gave the kids the cake and the party bags provided, and left. When we left we realised that one of the items that made us choose the big party package was a 30 day pass for the birthday child, which we did not receive. All in all some basics would have made the experience better for the kids and us as parents, so will be looking at alternatives for birthday parties going forward

Had my daughters 7th birthday party at Oxygen yesterday. alyesha was amazing from start to finish and really helped me out I was unorganised and hadn’t made my party bags up. She offered to make them all up for me which saved me a lot of stress and meant I could watch my daughter enjoy her party. She then did the cake and cut this up and put it in the party bags for me. She also interacted well with the kids. My daughter loved her party

My son had an incredible birthday party at Oxygen. I want to thank Jacob so much for everything he did to make his day extra special. Jacob was incredibly patient, kind and attentive. From check-in, coordination and helping with the food, he made what usually is a chaotic time very easy and pleasant. Thank you so much!
