New locker set up is ridiculous! It is hard to express strongly enough how much this spoiled the experience. Bring back the token / deposit a pound lockers. Multiple people can use those at the same time. Having a single touch screen interface that keeps the money just feels exploitative. A significant drop in service, a stupid interface (I don't need a touch screen and a credit card to operate a locker) and I get charged for this appalling drop in service. Hate the lockers! Otherwise this is still a fun place to take my kids. You'll get my five stars back when you correct the lockers.

Paid alot of money for my daughters 8th party, Needed a stress free party and far from got stress free, The party room was to small for 20 children we added an extra table on and the children was practically sat in the door way, The menu had changed with no notification I had alot of children with needs and the safe food was hot dogs my only child included to be told it had phased out and its now chips! The children got their food at 1:10 and was told abruptly by a staff member at 1:25 they had 5 mins to finish their food or it was being taken away (after spending over £400 on a party i dont think so!) They had no idea who was jumping and who wasn't even though on arrival I listed every child so all waivers had been signed and we went through it on the computer and the staff approached me constantly saying something doesn't add up so I spent the first 30 mins back and forth to the desk, They said they didn't have adults down to bounce but there was three adults booked on as I had two under 5s bouncing and a few children with needs, for then a staff member to contradict the other asking about the adults down to bounce of which I replied I was just told there was none down to bounce. Absolutely terrible the whole experience only reason I gave 2 stars was my daughter was oblivious to it all and enjoyed herself unlike myself and her father. Other parents who was going to book so how bad it was and have now said "no way"

We absolutely love this place however, my children are 2 and 5 so we go to the 5 and under session. Mainly for the safety of my tiny 2 year old. There are a lot of children who are clearly a few years over 5 and jumping from trampoline to trampoline. This makes it very unsafe for my smallest. She was flipped up when one big child jumped on the same trampoline that my child was already on. Surely the whole point of the 5 and under session is so that it's safer for them? My main complaint is that a male staff member commented to my 5 year old daughter "your big for 5 aren't you?!". Like he didn't believe she was only 5. Why not put in to place something where people have to prove thier children are 5 or below rather than making inappropriate comments about my little girls size making her feel uncomfortable?! (She is a perfectly average sized 5 year old anyway!). Really disappointing and it's a massive shame as everything else is great and so much fun for them.

Visited today for the home education session and it was very quiet, virtually had the place to ourselves. Its a great place for the kids to blow of steam. Trampolines, soft play, inflatables and more. A great afternoon. Lockers are expensive tho. Staff were helpful and toilets clean. Plenty of parking.

Excellent, always quite , loads of room to play. You have to pay for lockers to keep your belongings safe.
