The universiry held the Yorkshire masters basketball tournament for male and female players over 40 and 50. Love the venue and facilities. Well done to the organisers
It was an absolute pleasure doing my undergraduate degree at the University of York. I have so many lovely memories from the University and also the city. I’ve included a selections of photos I took while at the University. Truly couldn’t recommend the University any more, especially the Biology department.
I’ve been visiting this campus since the late 70’s. From sledging in the snow, cycling, exploring and now walking. I’ve loved seeing the architecture change through the years.
The campus itself is huge, you´ll need a few weeks to know where to go, but the information system is very well organized, and there are allways some nice People around you to ask for advice if needed. What surprised me a bit was the overall condition of the Buildings and Facilitys on the Campus itself, they seem a little bit Run down in my opinion and could use a little bit of Renovation here and there, but the overall impression was good, and the City of York provides a lot of nice places to go if you dont study :) so, yes i can recommend it for shure.
Has been the best experience in my life studying in York for the first time studying abroad. Good atmosphere, well-trained lecturers, lovely and supportive supervisor
