I had been looking forward to going here for ages! My friend and I asked for faces on each of our ice creams, which the server very kindly made for us and which were adorable!
Great Ice cream and great Sorbet - friendly man who served us allowed us to try out some of the flavours and also knew where all his ice creams where sourced from! A worthy stop when on route to the tower!!
Excellent little ice cream shop hidden in the wall in the Coopergate shopping centre. Really professional and friendly server. Delicious ice cream.
Fantastic and very delicious ice-cream. We have been here twice in 2 days. Very friendly guy. There are other flavours available, so just ask.
Absoloute gentleman!!! Good old fashioned, personal customer service with a smile. The chap made my son a special ice cream cone face. Complete with a sprinkle covered mohawk, eyes and a mouth. I assume the ice cream was lovely too as my son scoffed the lot. A short but memorable interaction. Thanks again, buddy. When we visit York again we will be sure to come and see you.
