This has good potential, but it's annoyingly lacking. The burgers are tasty, but there's next to nothing to them. I ordered their signature that was supposed to be loaded with BBQ beef brisket.... there was at most a teaspoon worth on it! I had to question whether I had the right burger in the end as there was very few toppings on it. The chicken tenders were great but the cheese balls were over cooked and well overpriced at £7. Mac and cheese was tasty and good value. The restaurant itself needs a really good clean, it's pretty grim in places. Also, the endless stream of deliveroo, just eat (insert any other delivery service) that were constantly loitering at the hot plate was very distracting and off putting when eating your food. It appeared the staff were dedicating more time to them than the patrons. Also no hand soap in the toilets. Automatic adding of 10% service charge is not what we do here in the UK, so I was very grateful to the server for highlighting it had been added when I tried to give a tip.

Loved Byron for years and hadn't been in a while so thought I'd re-visit, still as good as ever. Burgers and sides are great, wine we got was lovely and our server/the service in general was quick and attentive. Only real issues were the beer selection, where i remember Byron previously being an early adopter of craft beer, and the stream of delivery drivers waiting for orders who had to hang around the restaurant (not the drivers fault by any means) still very minor complaints and I will definitely be going again.

Smashing burgers. I had the classic and it was very balanced, the patty needs to be a bit flatter for easier eating 😅 the dirty fries were also very good in flavor, the briskets need to be less spiced though. Between 20-28£ for a burger fries and coke. Overall a good burger place and family ambiance.

Food isn't bad, but kinda small and expensive for what you get. Burger, fries, some cheesy bites and an OJ cost me over £30 and there wasn't much there. I get that it's a nice chain, you pay a premium for the food, but I'd like more for my ££. That being said, the staff were very nice, place is clean, nice atmosphere. I'm not knocking the place, but I wouldn't normally pay that much for what I got, then go get takeaway afterwards because I was still hungry. I'd still go back though.
