We used to live in UK before move to Belgium. My husband always eat Indian food when we visit UK. We stopped at York as a resting point while heading to Scotland. I found this restaurant on Google map (hence I shared my contribution as my gratitude. 😀) I chose this as the menu sounds interesting and lots of them I never tried. If you are up to a good surprise, this place might be for you. Enjoy!
We ate here last night and I have never tasted food like this before, it was AMAZING!! This food is not your stereotypical Indian food and the menu has dishes we have never seen before. Lots of new spices and seafood options. What an experience it was. The restaurant was immaculate, the staff couldn’t do anymore to ensure we were happy, and the food was extremely memorable. The next time we visit York, we will definitely be returning here. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you 🙏
This restaurant was recommended by a friend and it exceeded our already high expectations! This was genuine Keralan food made to order as we asked about items not on the menu. We had the Railway Mutton Dosa, Butter Chicken with sides. Fantastic service and thanks for our anniversary treat! Big shout out to Suryan! Great evening and we even took food home!
Flavours are top-notch. The Biryani is excellent, and the rest of the ordered food tasted great. Well-balanced spices and aromantic, just how it should be with South Indian cuisine. Wonderful, I'll be going back again if I'm in York. The atmosphere is nice and the staff are very welcoming.
Lovely restaurant, friendly and polite staff. We particularly liked the fish curry they did and the dosa , both fantastic. We returned while on holiday and loved it
