The owners response below is complete lies. I am absolutely blown away by their response. Says it all really. Honest review and you get aload of baloney! Wow.. Really not good in my opinion. Came in tonight for two burger meals. The size of the patties are like child’s sizes and not the size what you see on the social media posts, patties should hang out the sides on a smash burger, they were smaller than the bun! That’s not my only Issue though. I arrived at the store and told the lady I've ordered online, she said oh 2 minutes. I was in the store for around 13 minutes when she brought me an order that wasn’t mine! Then turned and got my order out of the hot counter, it had been sat there all along! So it was barely hot once I’d got it home, such a shame as it’s our first time trying this place and it went downhill from the start, but the sizes of the burgers are so poor for the money, 2 burger meals £32 but got discount for ordering online, so £26 for two child size burgers, curly fries were amazing and crispy but the regular fries were stale because well they’ve been sat for ages unnecessarily. Won’t be trying again unfortunately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Delicious! Tried Back Street Burgers for the first time and I’m seriously impressed! The Cheetos Burger was next-level – the perfect combo of crunch, spice, and juicy chicken. If you’re into bold flavors, this one’s a must-try. The Philly Cheesesteak Sub was packed with tender meat, melted cheese, and just the right amount of seasoning – every bite was mouthwatering. And the Chicken Peri Burger? So flavorful and juicy, with just the right kick of heat. You can tell they put care into their ingredients and seasoning. We also had a couple of milkshakes, and wow – thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had. On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent – super friendly staff and surprisingly quick turnaround, even during a busy time. You can tell they know what they’re doing and they do it well. Highly recommend – can’t wait to go back!!!

Got the Parmesan and animal loaded fries. Loaded fries were absolutely delicious. The parmesan came with salad, fries, coleslaw and 2 sauces which was a great and filling portion size. Only drawback was the chicken itself of the parmesan was a little plain. But we still really enjoyed our meal and would order again. (Apologies for the blurry photos, people we're super eager to dig in)

Overall not bad. Burger was only okay. Service wasn’t bad. For a place that calls themselves backstreet burgers expected more.

Have been meaning to go here for a while, and now I have I'll definitely be coming back! I got the spicy dipped burger and it tasted really good, especially with just a 5 or so minute wait.
