i was told my order would take 60 minutes when ordering online, however i waited 3 hours for my order because apparently one of the drivers car had broken. i wasn’t notified to say the wait would be longer until i rang and they kept saying it would be 20 minutes, this turned into a 3 hour wait. the person i spoke to on the phone about this didn’t seem to care that we had waited so long
Service was the worst I have ever experienced in York. Took 50 mins just to get chips for my mate. My order took 1 hour to get a pizza. The food was inedible, under cooked and the staff had no care. I cannot describe how bad this place is. I have lived in York my whole life and this is the only time I have left a review to explain how bad service was
Just ordered from here for the first time. Can say it was the worst takeaway we have ever had. The only positive was quick delivery. The salad was old and limp, the pitta dry and no dips. Meat tasted strange so we have basically just thrown a full meal in the bin complete waste of money.
I had a kebab, which was edible but cheaply manufactured from a wholesale place. It had a very rubbery texture. Nothing is homemade, not even the chilli sauce. Wouldn't go back. Says outside the shop, best in York. That sign needs to come down.
I have been in this takeaway twice i asked for kebab meat and salad got kebab meat with a pitta bread and salad which not nice at all the 2nd time I asked for kebab meat chips they don't do salt and vinegar there was only me in the shop another person came in and got served before me staff was rude service rubbish and food not great will be getting inyluch with trading standards won't be using that shop again and will be tell people not to come in there
