We called the shop 15 minutes before to say we would collect our order. The man said that was fine. However, when I arrived 15 minutes later, the food was not ready, and I had to wait another 15 minutes in the cold. Finally, our pizza was ready, but he put a small amount of sauce on it, which was not even enough for one slice. I asked him three times for more sauce, but he just pretended to add some. The pizza was okay, but I would not recommend this shop. Overall really bad experience
The service was ok for the takeaway, atmosphere of the place was fine. However the food was not the best I ordered a doner wrap it came in a tortilla wrap with terrible salad and a lot of mayonnaise. The wrap didn’t even separate in half!

Their chicken shwarma wrap is just another level. I have tried many places even though so called hyped overrated Middle feast in york as well, but Pizza California Plus chicken shawarma wrap can beat any in taste and price. A good portion wrap only for £4.20. Stop going to middle feast. Come and try this place.
Just had a mixed kebab and it was probably the best I've had in York in recent years.
