Head of Customer Sales Support (Maternity Cover – 9–12 Months) York/Harrogate/Knaresborough £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Customer Sales Support to join our team on a 9–12 month maternity cover contract . This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the sales support function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient support to our sales team and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially-minded individual to step into a senior role and make an immediate impact within a dynamic and fast-paced business. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop and motivate the Sales Support team to deliver exceptional service Oversee all sales support processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement Act as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance Manage reporting, forecasting support, and sales administration activities Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met and exceeded Support senior leadership with insights, analysis, and operational recommendations About You Proven experience in a Customer Sales Support function.
