This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to play a key role in group reporting, financial control, and team leadership within a large, multi-entity organisation.</p> <p>The business offers a collaborative culture focused on professional development, employee wellbeing, and long-term career growth, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced pension contributions, bonus potential, healthcare support, wellbeing initiatives, and employee discounts.</p> <strong>The Role</strong> <p>Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting process while helping drive continuous improvement across finance operations and controls.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the delivery of consolidated monthly and year-end financial reporting</li><li>Managing and developing a small finance team to support high performance</li><li>Driving improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting standards</li><li>Managing relationships with external auditors and senior internal stakeholders</li><li>Providing technical accounting expertise and supporting business change initiatives</li></ul> <p>This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days from home). </p> <strong>About You</strong> <p>To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:</p> <ul> <li>A recognised accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent)</li><li>Strong experience in group financial reporting within a complex organisation</li><li>Excellent technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and consolidations</li><li>Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>A proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement</li></ul> <p>This opportunity would suit an experienced finance professional looking to step into a highly visible role within a well-established and growing organisation. </p>
