Residential Property Solicitor York Salary up to £60k A leading law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its well-established and highly regarded Residential Property team in its York city centre office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team, handling a high-quality caseload rather than a high-volume conveyancing environment. You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Shared ownership transactions General residential property matters You'll be supported by an established team and have the autonomy to deliver a first-class service to a loyal client base. To be considered, you will: Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer Have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer?
