Groundcare Sales Executive
<p>GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading <strong>Groundcare & Garden</strong><strong>Machinery</strong> sales business, recruiting for an experienced customer-focused <strong>Ground Care Sales Executive / Sales Specialist </strong>to join their well-established & highly progressive ground care sales team.</p> <p><strong>You will be highly passionate about turf & garden machinery</strong>, including robotic mowing solutions & enjoy a hands-on, customer-facing role, within a modern dealership showroom.</p> <p>You will utilise your strong ground care / gardening machinery technical knowledge & strong communication skills to successfully deliver sales across the companies full ground care range.</p> <p>This role is responsible for ground care showroom sales of mowers & handheld tools, as well as delivering customer demonstrations & machinery / equipment handovers.</p> <p>You will also develop an understanding of commercial turf equipment to support professional walk-in enquiries.</p> <p>This is a key role ensuring total customer satisfaction & overall sales success across various product lines inc. ground care, gardening (ride on mowers etc), power tools, forestry products, landscaping products & more.</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver product sales & offer customer support for garden machinery & accessories</li><li>Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to obtain repeat business</li><li>Conduct in branch & on-site demonstrations, delivering customer handover training</li><li>Update CRM systems & follow the company sales processes</li><li>Ensure machinery is invoiced before delivery to the customer</li><li>Chase up any outstanding payments</li><li>Attend ground care / gardening shows, exhibitions & customer events</li><li>Sell & promote John Deere, Hayter, Honda, Husqvarna, Mountfield & Stihl products</li><li>Assist in general depot duties, including stock checks, pricing & store presentation</li></ul> <p><strong>Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Some experience in ground care, landscaping & forestry equipment sales</li><li>Customer focused, delivering high quality customer service & advice</li><li>A solid understanding of garden machinery & industry practices</li></ul> <p>This key role is commutable from Beverley, Goole, Brough, Bridlington, Market Weighton, Pocklington, Selby, Pontefract, Snaith, Hull, Barton Upon Humber, South Ferriby & York, plus any villages close to these</p> <p>The client will also consider individuals that are willing to relocate to one of the above areas</p> <p>This is an awesome opportunity to join a market leader & to develop your career further.</p> <p>Full product training is given plus there is plenty of career progression opportunities too, as the client promotes from within.</p>
