Having established a strong presence across Yorkshire, the firm continues to invest heavily in its future and has ambitious plans for further expansion into larger UK markets.<br /><br />The Construction & Infrastructure team advises a broad range of developers, contractors, consultants, investors and commercial organisations on a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll be joining a team that combines high-quality work with a genuinely collaborative culture, where lawyers are encouraged to take ownership of client relationships and play an active role in the team's continued development.<br /><br />This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, gain exposure to significant projects and develop your own profile within a practice that is building real momentum.<br /><br />To be considered, you'll ideally have:<br /><br /><ul> <li>Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales</li><li>Around 3+ years' PQE within Construction Law</li><li>Experience handling contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters</li><li>Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills</li><li>Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving</li><li>The confidence to build relationships with clients and professional contacts</li><li>An interest in contributing to the continued growth of a successful team</li></ul> The timing of this opportunity is particularly attractive.
