Get the app then pre-book. Booyah! No hassle in or out and a quick walk along the wall into the heart of the city. You can't go wrong. Prices high? Not really. It's the centre of York, what do you expect?

Absolutely vile prices. Advertised on Google at £2.40 per hour. We paid £4.50 PER HOUR. They added a new sign with extortionate prices. It’s funny how the councils complain that people aren’t going into the city centres and small businesses are suffering.. but then they do this and price people out completely. Absolute joke. I will never use this car park ever again. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Dirty car park. Spaces are a little bit tight. Closes at 8pm so you can’t stay out beyond that. The worst bit of all is the EXTORTIONATE parking fees. I used to park here because it was one of the more affordable places to leave the car but not anymore. The location is convenient but no longer worth it for the charges. I’m disgusted at the council for how much they now charge for such a poor facility.

We came to York for the day and have always parked in Foss Bank as the prices have always been reasonable and it's a short walk into the centre. The prices have massively increased - a customer in front of me was also in disbelief and said they did not pay these prices a few weeks ago. We ended up having to pay £13.50 for 3 hours on a Saturday, ridiculous price and we will find alternative parking next time.

£13.50 just for three hours! Even Birmingham and Manchester don’t charge that. Avoid this place, honestly avoid York full stop at the moment. The council is on a money making war against visitors. The photo is old! It’s now £4.50 per hour!
