Only a short walk from the station, collect a ticket from the barrier and pay on your return before leaving or scan the qr code on the app at the barrier. It's secure and well lit with motion sensor lights. Handy for 24 hour parking

I was charged £30 for an evening session that previously (less than 2 months prior) cost £14.95.. The App encourages you to scan the QR code to enter quickly but does NOT show you the current price on the screen before you commit. When I challenged this, NCP customer service spent 3 weeks stalling and then eventually told me to 'appeal my fine' even though I had paid for a ticket!. The incompetence is staggering. If you park here, ignore the App flow and check the physical signs, or you might get hit with a 100% price hike like I did. I had to get my bank to forcibly refund the difference.

A decent car park inside an old hanger. This is an interesting design for a carpark and a convenient, although expensive, place to park when going to the train station.

Very convenient for York Station and other areas near there. Download the NCP app and all day parking is only £14.95 saving £2. 135 spaces some under cover.

Awful car park! Parked here for the evening for a trip to Leeds. Came back on my own at midnight and the car park was in complete darkness and felt very remote with no security cameras. Access is under the train arches and down a very under lit road and therefore very dark. As a lady on her own, I felt very vulnerable. To make matters worse, the exit barrier didn't work when I went to leave so I had to call NCP to rectify this which took about 15 minutes to resolve. Spent £11 for just over 4 hours.
