Usual BP Pulse nightmare. Tried to the 22kWh charging but couldn't get the app to accept my credit card. Confused signage says no parking fee while fast charging. Bet I get a ticket. York City needs to sort it. Go Zero chargers much easier at destination locations.
Terrible car park, given 1 star because of reasonable location centrally. 1) spaces are extremely tight. I had to do a 7 point turn to get into one of the larger electric spaces, those down the side near the road are horrendous to get in and out of, thanks to the ludicrous spaces in the middle of the car park to increase capacity/income. 2) cost is £4.85 per hour, nice 3) the payment machines were broken and York see it as ok for visitors to use the ridiculous park by phone method when the machines are broken as they were today. It took 15 frustrating minutes to sign up on the phone, or you can do the app of course, that's really easy I bet! All in all, It's central and is it's only redeeming feature.
Extortionate parking charges and the toilet door had to be held open for one as it couldn't be opened from the inside when locked. No good of you're on your own!!
Good for parking very near to the town centre
Id put a generous 3 star because we were lucky to get a space. But the parking rate here and the one nearby are eye watering.
