You absolute vultures putting in everyone’s account into review stealing their money. Well today the tables are going to turn because I’m going to bring so much public attention to what you were doing. I am on my way to one of your branches and I’m going to stay there all day. I am going to bring this to everyone who comes into your bank and inform them of what you are doing. I’m going to contact newspapers. I’m going to go live on social media. You want to destroy my life and thousands of others then it’s about time everyone was aware of what you was doing. No wonder you are being sued millions of pounds for your mistreatment of customers. Check out the Facebook page HSBC complaints see the thousands upon thousands of customers who have recently had their accounts put into a review and all their money stolen.

Thank you to Lasanthi at York HSBC for helping me open an online bank account on behalf of an elderly relative. Previous assistant I saw a few weeks ago hadn't given me full details about this procedure and I was unable to open the account independently. Lasanthi went through the process methodically and explained everything I needed to know. Sorry to give 4 stars, Lasanthi deserves 5 stars, but the whole HSBC experience was a bit of an ordeal.

Linda is a star!!! Absolutely amazing over the phone answered all my questions and came up with an amazing solution for me. Just incredible. Tanya is also a great help in HSBC support I called at 18:40 and she helped resolve my query before 19:00! Very professional and super understanding of my issue. Simply wonderful.

After having issues opening an account with another high street bank, I went in to enquire about an account through HSBC. The reception was lovely, took my details, and called me around 45 minutes later (on a busy Friday without me even having an appointment. No problem at all, tons to do in York!) James assisted me in opening an account and was incredibly helpful. It was able to be processed over the weekend and I am all set! Thank you so much HSBC for turning a frustrating Friday around!
