TSB Bank

I had a very disappointing experience with a TSB ATM. The machine failed to dispense cash, yet my bank account was debited. When I approached the staff for assistance, the response was beyond unhelpful. The employee simply smirked and told me there was nothing they could do. Not only did they refuse to assist me, but they also did nothing to prevent other customers from using the malfunctioning ATM. Extremely poor service and customer care.

I would like the Manager of TSB on Parliament Street, York to know what amazing service I had this morning from the assistant called Liam. I have been trying to get back into my account for days & did not have any luck with calls on line. Liam was so patient & kind, he realised I was not putting the new info in fast enough, With only having 5 minutes to change everything so he kindly put in the things he was allowed to so I could just add the private part. Shocking availability. My father is 94, his wife died 3 weeks ago. He is deaf, has mobility issues and no transport. I have been ringing the local bank on and off for over a week to book an appointment. I only ever get a recorded message saying that they can't take the call, to 'pop in' if we are nearby or call back later. I needed to be certain that someone would be available to advise him on his account so wanted an appointment. Disgusted!
