This bank changed its name from Yorkshire bank to virgin money. Nice staff and helpful, you can do anything from your phone.
Fantastic service in branch from the lady behind the desk, so polite and helpful! Also extremely patient and understanding with the many elderly customers they get throughout the day, I couldn’t do your job so you’re a credit to this branch! Kept calm and stayed focussed when elderly people weren’t staying in the queue or becoming impatient. The service online is diabolical but that’s a different matter! Hopefully this branch stays open because the team are fantastic
Went into Virgin Money York branch today, & was served by Lucas who was efficient, very polite & explained the procedure/transaction fully. A friendly branch who are always willing to help & most importantly know what they are doing. Thank you
Went in to the york town centre branch to get an online account in place as i have been unable to access my account that way. The female customer service assistant was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me straight away cant thank her enough as i have been struggling with it and im not from york so even better
