Lush Beauty Bar

I'm so disappointed. I originally had a lovely first session in October as a test for my wedding eyebrows and upper lip threading. Today at Dec 4th at 11am Romana was supposed to be doing the mobile service at my house and just never showed up. The appointment was confirmed on Booksy and I've had radio silence trying to contact the phone number given. My wedding is on Saturday and I don't have time to make new arrangements due to a full schedule and needing a time for skin to calm before wedding makeup. I can't explain how irritated I am at being completely and utterly ignored. This was supposed to be a calming experience to look forward to in amongst the wedding chaos. I should have looked at the other one star reviews because apparently I'm not the only one to have a last minute unforeseen circumstances that magically stops phones from working. I get that sometimes issues come up, but the total lack of communication is so inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I had two treatments (brow threading and LVL lash lift) by Romana yesterday at the beauty bar and the service was perfect - and the results were amazing! Romana was so friendly and explained everything she was doing, as well as checking up on me to make sure I was okay mid-lash lift. Felt totally relaxed and I’m so pleased with the results. Thank you Romana, I’ll be back for sure 💗

I got a operation for Carling eyelashes, £55. unfortunately my eyelashes were't lifted up. It took for forty to fifty minuets for operation. but esthetician passed me a mirror and told me it was done as like mine was lifted up. I wanted to be told she couldn't do for me. I am not a mad if she told. I supposed she also upseted about it. She let my eyebrows tidied up. That was perfect.

I had a great morning at Lush beauty salon Ramona did a lash lift and laminated my brows which also included henna. The service was relaxing, Ramona had the knowledge to advice what would be best for me. It was the first time I have had the brow lamination and I’m already loving the results. Thank you I look forward to returning again.

This is an extremely disappointing experience and the fact that I didn’t even get a chance to experience a treatment. I booked my appointment mid December and immediately received a confirmation that my appointment has been confirmed. Two days leading up to my appointment I get a very short text to say if I can change my time without any explanation of why and any of the reasons. when I responded saying that I can’t I had to chase up 24 hours later and didn’t get a very clear response. I drove up 200 miles to the location because I wanted a spa weekend and when I got there, I had to chase up once again and being told my appointment is now unavailable. When I spoke to one of the team members on site who is employed by Lush Beauty Bar, had a very poor attitude when I asked a simple question. When I called and spoke to the person in charge of arranging the appointments, the claim was that they spoke to me the night before even though they didn’t actually confirm if my appointment was still available or not. I was then told that they will try and contact a therapist and see if there’s another available appointment the day after. Surprise surprise, I still had to chase up and without a good answer. Their booking system is poor the communication is poor. Their customer service is awful and I would actually ask people to think twice before they actually decide to use this company for a treatment. Because within the last 48 hours, it’s been nothing but a journey of disappointmentttt,frustration, and I question their capabilities.
