1st time visiting! I love my nails, they did such a wonderful job! So attentive too, I can’t wait to come back! I opted for BIAB on my natural nails x

Me, my sister and mum had a superb experience. The room was a lovely atmosphere with the lights. The waterfall and scalp massage was excellent, our scalps have never felt more clean! The chairs/ massage beds massage you which was a fantastic surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, we’ve already booked to go again tomorrow!

Come to get nails done welcomed as soon as you walk through the door friendly staff and absolute professional i got my halloween nails done and love them best nails ever. Thank you I will be back again and recommend all to go here for nails they also do other services

I’ve gotten my nails done there twice. Gel nail polish on my regular nails. The people are really really sweet but my nail polish refuses to stay on. I got them done a week ago, 1 of them chipped and so I went back for a redo.. they filed my nails and gave me a top coat… the lady was super kind and that was amazing. The next day, my new top coat was peeling on all of the nails and I have a new chip. If my nail colour would stay I’d love them but because it keeps peeling off so early, it’s annoying. But the people are very sweet:)

Good quality nails and good outcome but the customer service could use some improvement. It doesn’t seem like any of the women are passionate about their jobs like most small businesses. I think at times they can be very blunt - not rude but not particularly nice either. If you’re not bothered about customer service then overall it’s a good place
