Batchelors Omoda and Jaecoo York

This is the first brand new car I've bought and the service received from Ben & Josh was second to none and all the staff were brilliant. They were all very accommodating and nice coffee. We love our Jaecoo J7 PHEV. I would highly recommend Batchelors Omoda and Jaecoo York. Thank you for all your courteousness.

I popped into this dealership yesterday Saturday 17th Jan, although I was in a rush this was a quick visit just to have a look at the Jaecoo 7, when I arrived I couldn't believe how busy the showroom was having only seen a couple of these cars on the road! Although the staff were all busy dealing with other customers, Josh broke away from his customers to acknowledge myself and my wife and explained that someone would be available soon and thanked me for my visit then returned to his customers. I'm used to walking into other dealers not to be acknowledged whatsoever despite staff being sat around doing nothing. This was a refreshing change and something I've not experienced before, although I only had 5 minutes spare to come here, that first impression will be the reason why I return in the future when I have more time and look forward to dealing with Josh and his team then. Highly recommend visiting this showroom if you are apprehensive about the new Chinese brands!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Fantastic service from Nathan and Josh and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I can honestly say that when it came to product knowledge and customer service, Nathan was certainly on top of his game and was a pleasure to conduct business with him. In fact, he created such a positive impression, my son and daughter in law have since returned to Batchelors and purchased a Omoda 5. Staff here are a credit to the organisation.

This was my first time getting a car and couldn’t have wished for a better experience! Everyone was super friendly there but in particular Josh and Nathan who were incredible. Talked me through the whole process, helped with anything I needed and knew everything about the car when asking questions. It was a used car and they had it polished and cleaned so it looked brand new again with the couple of scratches gone! Couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend using their services. 5 star service!
