Bought a car from D.M. keith cupra York today. I was dealt with by a sales lady named Charlotte, she was brilliant through out. Answered all my questions quickly via email and even came in on her day off as I was only available on a Sunday due to work commitments and was coming from Bradford. Even though I was only buying a low priced used car I was treated as if I was buying a top of the range cupra. Highly recommend.

So nice to go to a dealership & not feel bombarded or pestered to buy something you don’t really want. From the first phone call with Nathan, to meeting him, test driving and answering any Qs we had, Nathan was very helpful, friendly and overall genuine. Nothing was too much trouble, kept in contact throughout. Handover with Tyler was also spot on, again very friendly & helpful, even going the extra mile and printing some new private plates for me. I visited the showroom on Sunday 28th December to enquire about a new Formentor VZ3 as a genuine prospective buyer. I spent approximately 20–25 minutes in the showroom and was not acknowledged or approached by any member of staff, 2 walked past me and not even a nod or hello. This level of service was disappointing and well below what I would expect from a main dealer, particularly when making a high-value purchase. I have never experienced this at other dealerships over the years. Unfortunately for you, you have lost a deal due to a lack of basic customer engagement, would they leave the phone ringing for 25 mins ? This is meant to be constructive feedback to share with the team. I will absolutely buy a Formentor in the coming weeks, just not from my local (16 miles away) dealer sadly.

Found Aidan the car sales man he was very good to deal with. Professional polite and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to buy from DM Keith and Aidan again.
