Excellent customer service from Sheridan Love at D.M. Keith SEAT dealership in York. I pre arranged a test drive on a nearly new SEAT Leon, and the vehicle was ready on my arrival. After the test drive went well, a deal was to be done. Sheridan was incredibly patient as we went through the order process and was extremely helpful during the negotiations regarding extras. Sheridan arranged for our new car to be ready for collection 3 days later for my return back home after a 3 day break in York with my wife. The vehicle handover went well, as Sheridan explained all the car features, and she set up my SEAT mobile apps. This is the second SEAT Leon I have purchased from the D.M Keith group, and Sheridan Love is a credit to the dealership, very professional, and extremely helpful.
