Excellent Service Can't fault Nick and his team. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. I live the other side of the country and Nick kindly agreed to do a detailed walk round video for me. The car was exactly as advertised and they even put some petrol in for me for the long journey home! Would 100% recommend.
Excellent Service. We received excellent service when viewing a car to buy. Nothing was too much trouble. We attended kn a very wet day, staff quickly offered us a brolly to keep is dry when browsing. We asked to test drive 2 cars which was no problem at all. We ended up buying one of them for a reasonable price. Used before and will use again
Had a top class experience with monks cross used cars. All the staff are really helpful and friendly, not pushy like a lot of dealers. Every step of the process was made easy thanks to them. Highly recommend them!
Really happy with the service provided. I dealt mostly with Nick but his colleagues were equally as helpful. Great car, great price. The team at Monks Cross Used Cars could not have provided a better service if they tried! They understood I'd be travelling to test drive the car I wanted and drive it home the same day, and so they went above and beyond to make sure the car would be ready for me at such short notice (the morning of)!! And they also waited patiently whilst I set up my insurance, spilling over their closing time. I don't know much about cars, but everything was clearly explained and I'm so grateful I'm now sorted with a car I love!! Thank you Victoria and team 😃
