Very good service- diagnostics on my car only took 30 mins as opposed to 60 mins do I was only charged half the price- very honest of them! And ny car had been washed wgen i collected it, brilliant. They accurately diagnosed my car trouble and booked back in for repair a few days later. Didn't cost any more than my small local garage. Would use Petch York/ Monks Cross again.

I recently purchased my Kia Ceed GT Line from SG Petch York and Nick was my salesperson. Nick was extremely patient with me during the whole process, very transparent and provided me with all the details I needed before and during the viewing. He was very supportive through the whole process along with his colleague Andrew, who answered a few of my queries too. Both of them made the process of purchasing my car as smooth as possible and have stayed in contact with me even after the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to purchase your next car!

Friendly staff, warranty and service work always done to a high standard, courtesy vehicle offered when booking in advance. Car always comes back a lot cleaner than it arrived! Can't fault them. Thank you Kia York!

Took my car in (on warranty) as was having issues with a flat battery and a faulty boot mechanism. Added a couple of things on last minute too. They sorted the battery (though was a bit pricey) and the little extra things no problem. Ordered in the part for the boot. Unfortunately the wrong part was either ordered or sent and the garage hadn’t checked the correct part had arrived until the car was in the garage. Frustrating for me as it is an hour round trip to the garage and back and now I will have to do the trip again when the correct part comes in. They did however valet the car for me after the mistake which was appreciated.
