Very happy with the service I was provided with by Stoneacre when buying my new Puma. To start with I dealt with Sam Robertson who let me go out for a test drive & then sat down with me to explain all my different options. He was very patient with me as I couldn't decide on colour but he showed me the different choices & then went on to what I needed on my car. Everything was dealt with really professionally starting with Sam to then dealing with Tom sorting the finance side of things. He went into great detail to make sure I understood everything clearly. The branch manager, Joe, also checked in with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Brilliant bunch of guys who make everything run smoothly. A very happy customer 😊.
Bought our lovely fiesta today. James Briggs was helpful, not pushy and gave us plenty of time to decide on our purchase, let us go for a test drive on our own for as long as we needed. Always find it difficult buying a car but had such a pleasant experience and no pressure from anyone in the team. Would recommend Stoneacre to friends and family.
