A big thank you to James and Richard for making our visit and purchase a brilliant experience. Everything gone through and explained, no hard sales tactics, they're a breath of fresh air. Bought Ford's from other Ford dealerships and they don't come anywhere near Stoneacre when it come's to customer care and consideration, I'd certainly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Recently purchased a car from Stoneacre York, spoke with Bradley about having the car transferred from the Doncaster branch to view and the process was super easy. He was really helpful from start to the point of exchanging keys! Highly recommend

Very happy with the service I was provided with by Stoneacre when buying my new Puma. To start with I dealt with Sam Robertson who let me go out for a test drive & then sat down with me to explain all my different options. He was very patient with me as I couldn't decide on colour but he showed me the different choices & then went on to what I needed on my car. Everything was dealt with really professionally starting with Sam to then dealing with Tom sorting the finance side of things. He went into great detail to make sure I understood everything clearly. The branch manager, Joe, also checked in with me to make sure I was happy with everything. Brilliant bunch of guys who make everything run smoothly. A very happy customer 😊.
