We part-exchanged our old car and purchased a Toyota Yaris Cross. The experience at Toyota Vantage York was excellent. We visited a few times and every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We completed the final purchase with Mark Taylor, who was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond at every stage; taking the time to talk us through all of our options in detail, answering every question with patience and clarity, and making sure we felt completely confident in our decision. It was clear that Mark genuinely cared about helping us find the right car for our family, rather than simply making a sale, and we never felt pressured at any point. What a fantastic experience at Vantage Toyota York! We recently part-exchanged our Hilux for a smaller car for myself and an electric van for my partner, and the whole process was seamless. Ed was outstanding from start to finish. His knowledge of Toyota vehicles is second to none — he guided us through the specs of both the C-HR Sport and the Proace panel van with ease. It’s clear he truly loves what he does, and his enthusiasm made the experience all the more enjoyable. He’s a real credit to Vantage Toyota and an absolute pleasure to deal with. At handover, we were looked after by the lovely Femke, who was equally fantastic. She was warm, genuine, and professional — nothing felt forced or pushy, which was so refreshing compared to past experiences elsewhere. They were also incredibly patient with me (even when I kept signing in the wrong place out of sheer excitement for my new car!). Kerry and I bought a Mini from Luke and took delivery about 10 days ago, both Kerry and i work in the motor industry so we know the importance of looking after our customers.
