I recently rented a car from Citylink Rental and the whole experience was fantastic! The booking process was super easy, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The car was spotless and drove perfectly. It’s great to see a new company providing such excellent service — I’ll definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommended!

Nothing short of a perfect experience. Helped me with last minute requests and specifications needed on a vehicle I needed. The vehicle itself was showroom condition and top spec. Collecting the car, was no longer drawn out process. In and out after signing the paperwork and communication was excellent. Even a message whilst having the vehicle to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. Cost of the hire I thought was very competitive and unreal value for money with quality of vehicles. I hired a car from City Link whilst my car was in the garage. I originally hired the car for 2 days but needed to increase to 5 days - this was no bother at all. The team was really helpful and the whole process was very smooth. I found the cars at City Link are to a much higher standard than other hire companies I have used in the past. If you need a hire car in York I would definitely recommend!
