Sarah from thrifty, York was amazing today. Very reliable person and dealt with my matter in hand very professionally. If you need any assistance from the York office, I would highly recommend Sarah for any issues and problems. Thanks again. Great customer service.
Hopefully you get Sarah to attend you. This was the best service out of the three cars we rented in the UK. We booked our initial rental on Expedia and it had to be changed to a .co.uk and Sarah did it for us. Really recommend thrifty
New to van rental I was very pleased to see how easy it was to book on-line. Apprehensive about picking the van up, Sarah and her team at York soon put me at my ease. Sarah quickly did the paperwork and explained everything. Her team had prepared the van really well. Spotlessly clean it had done less than 850 miles. The few scrapes and scratches were recorded and emailed to me. An electric van it was a dream to drive and use with ample capacity for two complete double beds and a chest of drawers. At the end of the day, Sarah and her team were very efficient again, with no paperwork and a start made on cleaning the van for the next customer before I left their car park. An excellent service with excellent staff led by a very customer-friendly Sarah.
I've had incredible customer service at this location in York! Very accommodating of my request for an automatic van to help with my moves. I will certainly be using their services in the future! Shout out to Ishaq and Sarah! They are the best!
