Back To You Chiropractic & Rehab

About 3 months ago I somehow damaged a muscle at the top of my spine. I’m not sure how but it was getting increasingly painful and not going away. I contacted Matt at “Back to You” having never seen a chiropractor before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Matt is a kind, genuinely interested and skilled professional. He listened to my concerns, worked out a realistic and very helpful course of treatment and exercises taking account of both my age ( I’m in my 70s) and my exercise routine. After just a few months the muscle pain has pretty well completely gone and I’m feeling fit and well again. I can’t recommend Matt more highly than to say he is a true and gifted professional. I went to see Matt with my lower back pain. He is so enthusiastic and knowledgable. People like me who have been to multiple clinics know when someone is genuinely passionate about trying to help you, Matt is definitely one of those therapists. He listened to my never ending list of joint complaints followed by a thorough set of physical tests on me. The results of which he used to explain why I was having those issues and how they are related to my back pain. It's so satisyfying to be told why I have a speicifc problem and how it is fixed rather than just being told that "you have x problem". Unlike my previous experience, Matt actually gave an indication of recovery time and a very detailed plan of the exercises I must do. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend him.
