Arleen and her right hand woman, Claire are always cheerful and welcoming whenever I visit. I don't have a specific condition but I notice that I am releasing long term tension held in my body after each session. I appreciate the lovely environment and how I am proactively helping my own health and Wellness getting these adjustments along with lifestyle advice. I would 💯 recommend

I never knew my posture would improve so fast after one year of relocating to the UK it felt like my body was not mine . But a single consultation with Arleen made me understand so much and my weekly meetings with her just made me realize how much my body could do if I could stick to certain healthy habits your body can cure itself And I wouldn’t forget Claire always up to date with every thing that has to be done

I’ve been taken care of by Arleen for about a year now and I always look forward to my appointments. I originally attended for some pain my lower back and hip, which quickly eased, but I have been so impressed by how holistically Arleen works with the whole body, such as relieving some recent jaw pain and an injury in my shoulder. I always feel lighter and more regulated in my nervous system after an adjustment. It’s very clear that Arleen is passionate about her work and really cares. And I can’t forget Claire, always so welcoming and super efficient!

Fantastic place and team, Arlene is brilliant, kind, caring and very thorough! Would not go anywhere else. You can tell she loves her job and is passionate about helping people. I have been seeing Arlene for sometime and found her very experienced and knowledgeable and forthright. Giving me a great deal of relief. Recently my situation as changed with regard to my person problem unfortunately two consultants have advised me that there's no operation can be done. I have spoken at length with Alene and due to other medical problems we have agreed to stop certain movements. Some chiropractors which I have come across would keep on taking money But not Arlene she calls a spade a spade. I personally have had the greatest respect for Arlene and the lovely staff.
