Fantastic experience! As a new resident to York I needed an new private dentist and also emergency appointment due to infected wisdom tooth, managed to get an appointment within a hour and Andrew was really good, the reception team were also really welcoming and friendly! A relaxed atmosphere and the dentist but my mind at ease! Highly recommend!
I visited the practice with my daughter for orthodontic extractions with Andrew Coward. From the moment we walked in, we felt at ease. Andrew took the time to explain the procedure, answer our questions, and put my daughter at ease. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and caring. The procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. My daughter was surprised by how smooth everything went. Thank you so much to the whole dental team!
Bizarrely an amazing experience at the dentist having a new crown. Technology has moved on, 3D scanning and then using the equivalent of a 3D printer to cut and mould the porcelain into the correct shape and colour. Whole process and x rays for me to see and everything explained very clearly.
Fantastic dental practice, with an amazing array of new technology on site enabling replacement of 2 x crowns in 2 hours - no need for lots of visits, all done and dusted so very quickly and professionally. Recommend the practice highly.
I have been coming to see Mr Andrew Coward since September this year as I was losing one of my bottom teeth and I already had Gaps where id lost teeth! He knows I'm pretty shy when it comes to coming to the dentist , but I really couldn't have done this with anyone else , he makes me feel at ease and gets the job done, I have given five stars because Andrew really is the best Dentist I've seen and is truly a credit to your Team!
