Gave me an appointment very quickly after explaining a broken tooth. My being not a patient of theirs didn't put them off. Courteous, professional and temporary cap/fix quite quick. Feel much happier now whilst awaiting to see my own dentist. Thank you. I know where to go if I feel unhappy with the NHS
My first visit to this Dental Practice has been a positive experience ! I was listened to following difficulties with my previous Dentist. Clear explanations re treatments etc and I felt safe. Overall an excellent experience!
Came to this practice after having several bad experiences at my previous dentist which has made me reluctant to go back to them. They managed to fit me in on the same day as me contacting them. I came in with face pain and Tris was amazing. She was very thorough with her exam and explained everything to me in detail. Ended up having to have a root canal but the costs were explained before hand and the whole experience was great (well as great as it can be having a root canal!) They both made me feel very calm and I felt like I was in very good hands. I have been super impressed and will be coming back in the future. I have recommended to family and friends as well!
Tris Harrison (and her assistant Shelly) provided a comfortable, reassuring and professional environment. As a new patient to Jorvik Dental, Tris' dental expertise and gentle approach helped me to relax and feel confident that I was in good hands.
This was my first time at this new dental practice. Warmly welcomed and put at ease. X-rays, 3D scan of my teeth and a full check-up by the lovely Trish. I've signed up for one of their monthly plans. It covers 2 check-ups and 2 hygiene appointments per year but you can do pay-as-you-go. Haven't experienced any serious dental treatment yet as I was ok. My only slight problem was finding the way in. It's behind a very tall hedge!! :)
