Anyone registering young children just be aware they are not the best with them. We arrived for our appointment 7 minutes late (absolutely on us) and were told we would have to reschedule as our appointment was a ten minute appointment and so the next patient had gone in. The appointment was for my child, just turned 2. I have 3 issues with this - Neither myself or my child has ever been seen on time whilst we have been a patient here, we are usually seen a good 10-20 mins after appointment time so I'm fairly doubtful that they were actually on to the next patient. - I have never been told that the appointment for a 2yo is a 10 minute one, we have always been in there far longer so I'm not convinced our time slot was actually up. - I have always been told that at this age (happy to be corrected) dentist trips are mostly about getting them used to the routine of seeing a dentist and being examined. There was no effort made for reception to speak to the dentist, check for availability later in the day or otherwise fit us in, I was just immediately told to reschedule when I apologised for being late. I could have accepted that as an adult, but given the process of 'getting a toddler used to the dentist' begins about 5 days beforehand (!) it's not really asking much to check if anything can be done. We haven't had the best experience of them interacting with, examining or giving advice for our baby/toddler in the past, so all of that put together I'd say don't register a young child here (they do the usual NHS child with a paying adult). Adult wise, they've always been pretty good but since my child is, unfortunately, currently a patient here then this particular review is on behalf of our experience of attending with her.

I had Invisalign treatment with Marco and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. He is such a kind, reassuring, and highly skilled dentist - I always felt completely confident in his care. He also recently replaced my cracked bridge, taking the time to explain everything clearly and carrying out the work with amazing skill, supported by Kelly his lovely and caring dental nurse. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Marco to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I have just completed a 9 month plan to straighten (via Invisalign) and composite bond both top and bottom. My smile has been completely transformed.. no more hiding away during family photos!! The plan was created and delivered by Marco, who was brilliant throughout. I was kept informed about next steps, cost and future care during the treatment plan.
