Yorkshire Dental Suite York

I started going to Yorkshire Dental Suite in York in August 2024 after seeing them online, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dental health. I’d been unhappy with my old dentist for a long time. I never felt comfortable, I felt judged, and because of that, I let a few dental problems go on longer than they should have. From my very first visit here, I felt completely at ease. The team put together a clear, tailored treatment plan and were incredibly flexible with both dates and pricing to help me get everything done. My dentist, Dr Ammar, is exceptional at what he does, professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. Over the months, I’ve had a root canal, two extractions, several fillings, and then moved on to the Smile White clear aligner process to straighten my teeth. I wore them for around eight months, completed the main treatment, and then found I needed refinements (which are included in the alignment price). Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been quick to respond and always willing to accommodate my needs. The front of house team at the York branch Lilly and Abby are amazing. They’re warm, friendly, and make you feel welcome every single visit. One moment that really stood out was on my birthday, I came in for a scan, and at the end of the appointment, Arran came out with a beautiful bunch of flowers, joined by Lilly and Abby. It was such a thoughtful gesture and just another example of how much they care about their patients as people, not just as appointments on a schedule. Yorkshire Dental Suite is more than just a dental practice — it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for, listened to, and looked after. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for not only top-quality dental work but also a team that truly goes above and beyond.

This was my first visit to this clinic. I’ve been thinking of getting my teeth sorted for a while. After seeing several of my clients, who had been to Yorkshire Dental Suite and their teeth looked fabulous, I decided that’s where I wanted to go. I could the clinic super clean & inviting but not over the top. The staff were friendly & made me feel very valued. After a long discussion with the dentist, who answered all my questions & more, we have agreed on a plan & im super excited to take the next step in my smile makeover.

I had a really positive experience at this practice after being let down by another dentist in York. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to see me at very short notice, which I really appreciated. All of the staff were so friendly, with the receptionists in particular being a true credit to the practice — having such welcoming, smiley faces from the moment you walk through the door makes a huge difference. The appointment itself couldn’t have gone better. The dentist was extremely professional, kind and reassuring, especially for a nervous patient. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions in detail and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’m genuinely looking forward to my upcoming treatment.

Meeting staff at Yorkshire Dental Suite has been an enjoyable experience. The girls on reception through to Dr. Danmi put me at ease and made sure I was well looked after. Would highly recommend this practice. Would also like to add Alysha the hygienist to this review as made me feel very relaxed on my visit which isn’t easy considering the anxiety I have towards visiting the dentist. Was lovely from start to finish. Would definitely visit again. The whole practice is a breath of fresh air considering what I’ve experienced in the past. Very good practice Lilly and Lucy FOH are amazing, really helpful and attentive.

I recently visited this dental clinic and had a good overall experience. The staff were professional, polite, and made the process straightforward from start to finish. The clinic was clean and well-organised, and the appointment ran on time, which I appreciated. The dentist explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan. While it was a routine visit, everything was handled efficiently and with care. Overall, it’s a reliable place for dental check-ups and treatment.
