Dr L Macpherson - Dalton Terrace Surgery

I've been at this practice now since 2006 and they're brilliant. I've had all my children with the community midwife and those children are now patients here too. Most of the time I am able to see/speak to our registered GP, sometimes I have the option to see another Dr quicker than our own but I've never needed a GP and not been able to see one. Reception staff are helpful and I'm able to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions online which helps too. I can also access other services and self refer.

This surgery has always given fantastic care to my family, especially Dr Toner, she is everything you could want from a family doctor. Yes you wait a while, sometimes a long while but when it's your turn your not rushed, you get to discuss all your ailments , before joining Dalton terrace I was at Cherry Street and you got five minutes, if you wanted to tell them about something else they would tell you to make another appointment! This surgery is the proper old fashioned caring surgery not one of the modern groups. They are caring and considerate , I feel safe in their care.

Been with this surgery many years. I really appreciate the continuity of care with the same doctor and have seldom had to wait too long for an appointment. When I recently needed to speak to doctor quickly, I was impressed with the speed at which I had a response and prescription waiting for collection at my nominated pharmacy within a few hours.

I've only ever had exceptional service here. All GPs and nurses I have seen have great and the receptionist is always helpful. Always able to get an appointment in good time, and they were excellent throughout my pregnancy and with my newborn.

Exceptional GP practice which I have experienced in both a personal and professional capacity. I purposefully changed practice to this one despite having been happy with my former. The GPs go above and beyond again and again and show great dedication to and knowledge of their patients. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person.
