Having moved from another practise in York we couldn’t be happier with the service. We generally manage to get a doctors appointment on the very same day or within a few days, a far cry from the 12wk wait we had before. The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful and likewise the doctors we have seen.
Very happy with the service I received here. I recently arrived in York and had not registered with a GP yet. I was able to register, speak to a doctor on the phone and get a prescription sent to the pharmacy all within the same day. Both the receptionist and doctor were very friendly!
Been so helpful since im brand new to the area my anxiety got bad as addicted to these meds. They helped calm me down n soon had everything sorted. One receptionist even helped take me up the stairs she even came in and sat n helped me. Couldnt have any better help n suport xxx
Terrible customer service, no apologies for problems when booking appointments or appointments running late. The lady on the phone recommended registering with another practice - says it all really.
Excellent very helpful admin team who were fantastic in helping my unregistered son get an inhaler. Superb.
